It is recommended that all potential teacher trainees take at least 10 classes at One Yoga & Wellness Center with Director, Tracey L. Ulshafer prior to starting the teacher training program. This will allow you to become familiar with our teaching style and us to observe your level and commitment to the practice of Yoga.
