I was introduced to yoga at a very young age when my older sister started taking classes. But it wasn’t until 2006, after spending time at the Omega lnstitute that l knew it was a practice I wanted to pursue.

I met a woman at Omega whose love of yoga was so inspiring. As soon as I got back home, I started my search for a studio. I took my first class at One Yoga that summer. Then in 2010 I decided to enroll in the 200 hr. Hatha Training Program where I got to immerse myself in the practice and fell in love with the philosophy. I’ve continued my training this year in Tracey’s Advanced Teacher Training.

I love to share what I learn and feel such a sense of peace while teaching. Yoga is a practice that everyone could benefit from and I get great satisfaction from students leaving class feeling less stressed and more balanced.

This past year I continued my education at The lnstitute for lntegrative Nutrition and became certified as a Health Coach. While working with clients I am able to tie in my love of yoga giving them a more holistic approach to health and wellness.

I am also a mom of two teenagers, my son Joe is 18 and my daughter Alyssa is 16. I also love sharing my passion for yoga with her.
