Join us and Montezuma Yoga for a week-long yoga retreat on the yogic beach resort of Hotel Los Mangos, Montezuma de Cobano, Puntarenas on Costa Rica's east coast. On the beach and surrounded by the sounds of the jungle, this natural setting is the perfect place to honor the Summer Solstice and your own inner spirit by delving into a week-long practice, guided to reveal your inner spirit.
Using the energies of the sun at it's highest point, we will uncover your spirit's higher purpose -
