I came to One Yoga Center, or shall I say, One Yoga came to me during a very emotionally trying time in my life. As a previously self-proclaimed gym-lover, yoga was something I had never embraced. I have heard that many have been 'saved' by yoga or 'rescued' by their new found practice. For me, yoga has become a way of life. I attribute this current 'lifestyle' to my initial exposure to what I now consider my home--my home base yoga studio- One Yoga.

One Yoga is where it all began for me and where I turn to whenever it is time to recenter, reconnect and come back to a place of belonging. As a former ballet dancer, I have to admit, it took a while before I could flow from downward dog to upward dog---I mean really flow (without touching the ground with my stomach---so cool!). This studio, with its warm ambience, that very particular beautiful smell of incense just puts your mind and body at ease. The minute you walk into this studio, there is a feeling of calm. It's safe here...to learn a practice, to excel in a practice and to grow, whether spiritually or emotionally.

One Yoga is truly the best yoga studio to start a practice for beginners and to cultivate a practice for those who are advanced students. I am forever grateful to Tracey, the Studio's Director/Teacher for offering incredible messages throughout her practice, for guiding me during my practice and for opening me up to what has truly become my salvation.

With utmost gratitude,

Shain Levy

I have used the services of One Yoga Wellness Center for well over ten years now, and I find the people who work there are very understanding of your needs and can always help you achieve a better self-image by listening to your problems, whether physical or mental. Leading you in the right direction with your health problem is only facet that OneYoga can do for you and if you choose, there are many other alternatives available for you with their caring staff. You will consider them "family" in a short time and wonder how you lived without them.

I highly recommend Tracey and Faye for any sports-related injuries you may suffer from and the daily tiring experience of work, home, and play.

One Yoga Center has been my respite from a hectic lifestyle and has deepend my yoga practice . Meeting Tracey and starting her 200hr Teacher Training has taken my practice to the new levels I needed for personal growth and self development and is one of the best decisions I have made for myself. She has a carefully chosen team of compassionate Instructors whom I look up to as mentors. "One Yoga" has many other services for health, healing and self development and is centrally located. I am meeting and developing friendships that will last a lifetime. Friday nite "Karma" yoga for $5 bucks is a deal, and if you're just starting out, Fayes Sunday morning "Gentle" class is a great way to start nurturing yourself. My reason for attending One Yoga was to start doing some form of yoga. I talked with Tracey on the phone before trying to get information about yoga. My first impression with her was she believed in yoga and welcome anyone to try it. We were getting ready to gong on vacation and she suggested I start if only for one visit. After my first visit I was hooked!!!!!

I been attending One Yoga for over six years. I started yoga at age 58 and was somewhat concern if I could handle the poses. I have been doing Gentle Yoga ever since. I feel that yoga has helped me keep focus, improve my flexibility and overall good health. Tracey, is a God sent. She breathes yoga and all the wonderful things it can do. Being at One Yoga I attended mediation, Reiki and various other classes. Through her interaction I attended massage school and fell in love with massage. Tracey, I feel, has the best staff and they are complement her. Tracey is very, very knowledge about yoga and other alternative health benefits. Tracey welcomes everyone with a smile and friendly tone, whether you are new or doing yoga for years. She is always offering new classes for us to explore and expand ourselves. Prior to starting yoga my life was analytical, I was a computer programmer. Now, my entire life has changed and I feel more spiritual then ever before and I give all the credit to Tracey.

I highly recommend Tracey and Faye for any sports-related injuries you may suffer from and the daily tiring experience of work, home, and play. Overall achiness and painful hips and back is what brought me to One Yoga. After many yoga sessions in trying to strengthen my muscles and quieting my mind with mediation, I felt massages and Reiki treatments were needed to complete my course of self-therapy.

Being massaged by both Tracey and Faye, I always feel renewed energy and long-lasting strength in my body, and I know I can always count on their services to help me get through another day. Not having to take aspirin and other drugs is important to me, and I feel One Yoga can help you fulfill that promise to yourself.

I have been taking yoga training at One Yoga and Wellness Center. The atmosphere is very special. It is a warm and welcoming studio. You start to relax the second you walk through the doors and breathe in the peaceful aromas.

The 500 hr. teacher training with Tracey is an amazing journey! We all know Tracey is a fabulous yoga teacher. Her classes have a rhythm to them that catches hold of our body, mind, and spirit. This rhythm, which leads to subtle changes in ourselves,, is done on a much greater level in the 500hr. training. The curriculum, which is written by Tracey, is measured for this growth which comes, little by little, design by design, quietly to each student.

Yoga is not just poses. Yoga is living a decent life, meditating, breathing, studying, then add the asanas. To be an authentic teacher the student must go through the fire of losing control and out of this slowly comes the teacher with an inner depth to him or her. Tracey brought the chanting out in me. Imagine what she can find in you!

I had been battling extremely painful muscle knots during a 3 year quest to find some relief. After visiting with numerous orthopedic physicians, physical therapists, acupuncturists, personal trainers, pain doctors, and massage therapists, I finally found Tracey at OneYoga. Literally within an instant of my explaining my problem, Tracey calmly told me what my issue was. She explained to me that I was protecting my heart literally in my posture and figuratively by not working through issues my life and that what I needed were “heart openers”. She told me that my back muscles needed to be strengthened and my pectoral muscles needed to be stretched. Not one of the previous highly trained physicians, therapists, or other professionals had recognized this issue. Once I knew what I needed, Tracey, Leslie and Kristin were extremely helpful in my recovery process by providing heart openers during classes. They also encouraged me to modify my postures and always smiled to see me proudly holding up my Goddess arms even though we were doing other poses. Thanks to the incredible people at OneYoga, I was finally able to break through the constant pain that I was encountering. I am eternally grateful.

Tracey is a gifted yoga teacher. She knows so much about both the philosophy and physical practice of the asanas. Her classes are unique and intuitive. Having attended her teacher training has just made me appreciate even more how caring and careful she is with her students. Her love of yoga is apparent in everything she does. I am so grateful that I found her studio -- it has made a tremendous difference in my life.

The serenity I feel when I walk into Tracey's studio is unmatched. She has created an atmosphere that supports me on my path in life and in my yoga practice. Her classes combine the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual aspects that help enrich my journey. She adds humor and always caters each class to her students' needs. I leave class feeling refreshed, centered and peaceful. I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone!

Tracey is a teacher who suggests rather than dogmatizes. She teaches from her heart , listens and encourages her students to awaken their own expectations.Yoga feeds her soul and one can see that when she is on the mat. Tracey gives each and every student personal attention, she is a friend and guide throughout the training.

I feel truly blessed to have started my yoga journey with Tracey.

The training I received from Tracey was the most comprehensive and valuable training I have ever been through. When I teach Vinyasa yoga I feel very confident because I know I have the knowledge and experience from her 200 hour program. It was one of the best investments in myself I have ever made. She has extensive years of knowledge and she makes you feel comfortable in the program.

Tracey cares about her students learning proper alignment and cuing as well as how to put together a class and that's because she really does want us to do well. I have never had this level of confidence with any other training program.
