Meditations

Meditation is the art of stilling the mind. There are many types of meditations. Here are a few guided variations to get you started on your journey to stopping that constant chatter we call the "Monkey Mind."

Remember to turn off your phone, and find a quiet place to sit.

Many people enjoy lighting a candle, burning incense, or creating an altar to continue to raise the energy as you create a regular meditation practice for yourself.
