After twenty years in the holistic field with a focus on yoga teaching and traditional massage therapy, I felt compelled to move into a deeper metaphysical and spiritual practice. In 2020 I completed a Doctoral of Ministries with The New Seminary, the oldest Interfaith Seminary school in the world. My Chaplaincy offerings with an interfaith approach support you through the significant markers and changes in your life and are tailored for your unique needs.
My healing work includes various Shamanic traditions, energy work and Angel guidance, providing a deep sense of High-Light energy for healing physical, emotional and mental lower vibrational energies.

12 Step Yoga for Addiction & Recovery
According to the 2023 United States National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH): 48.5 million (16.7%) Americans (aged 12 and older) battled a substance use disorder in the past year. People are suffering from all types of addiction in our country. Since the 1930's the 12 Step programs have continued to assist those in their ongoing recovery from addictions. Dr. Tracey offers 12 Step themed Yoga practices in a chair or on the mat for all working through recovery — whether new to the practice and to recovery, or a seasoned person.
